- My company works in the medical-education space, and we film at universities all over the country. When we started out five years ago, one of my first calls was to Luanne. I had fond memories of her competence and timeliness from my days running around the country with Home Front Media back in the 2000s. "Jaguar Travel Group already had a contract with my organization when I began work as the EA to the Executive Director. At 9 AM on my very first day the Executive Director was in an airport in another city on his way home, and his reservations needed to be changed. I didn't know a thing, and called Luanne. She rescued me, and him, even though she did not make the original reservation (if she had, the mistake would not have occurred.) My boss traveled about 75% of the time, usually on multi-city trips, with a lot of last minute changes. Luanne never failed to do it right."
